About this project

A new digital beginning for Groupe Jonathan to realign technology with the organization’s human mission

The mandate was to completely overhaul Groupe Jonathan’s Zoho ecosystem to align technology with the organization’s real needs.

This included a complete redesign of the CRM, which was poorly configured during a previous uncertified integration, as well as migrating the accounting system from Acomba to Zoho Books, now integrated with the CRM for smooth operations management.

In parallel, updating the service branches required a precise adaptation of the Zoho structure to coherently reflect internal processes and user journeys.

The entire project aimed to provide the team with a centralized, intuitive, and scalable platform capable of supporting their social mission with rigor and efficiency.

Phase 1
A complete CRM configuration overhaul

2021

When we took control of the existing CRM environment, it quickly became clear that the previous configuration met neither current standards nor the organization’s real needs.

The initial integration, carried out without the support of an authorized Zoho partner, had numerous shortcomings: poorly designed automations, poorly structured data, uncustomized modules, and a glaring lack of alignment with operational processes.

To provide a seamless user experience and effective customer relationship management, we undertook a complete overhaul of the Zoho CRM system. As a certified Zoho partner, Agilean was able to rebuild the foundations, ensure integration compliance, and fully leverage the features offered by the Zoho ecosystem.

Phase 2
Migration from Acomba to Zoho Books

2022-2023

As part of modernizing management tools, they successfully migrated from the Acomba accounting platform to Zoho Books, a modern and powerful cloud solution.

This transition centralized financial operations while directly connecting them to Zoho CRM, ensuring real-time synchronization between sales, invoicing, payments, and customer follow-ups. The seamless integration between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM now facilitates overall management, billing, customer account tracking, and provides a 360° view of every business relationship.

By replacing Acomba, they gained mobility, efficiency, and agility while simplifying their daily accounting processes.

Thanks to the implementation of Zoho Analytics, Groupe Jonathan now has a robust platform for creating dynamic and customized reports that meet a wide range of needs. Whether for daily operational tracking, training management, or producing detailed reports for the annual general meeting (AGM), the team can easily access, analyze, and share relevant and up-to-date data. Interactive dashboards facilitate strategic decision-making, accountability to partners, and showcasing program impact across Quebec. By unifying data from the CRM, Zoho Books, and other systems, Zoho Analytics becomes a vital tool to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability of the organization’s activities.

Service branch updates: what impact on Zoho configuration?

The evolution of Groupe Jonathan’s service branches required a strategic update of the Zoho configuration. Each change—whether adding new services, redefining processes, or segmenting clienteles—directly impacted the CRM structure, automations, reports, and workflows.

Thanks to an agile and customized configuration, we were able to quickly adapt Zoho modules to accurately reflect the organization’s new operational realities.
