Soya Excel is a leading player in Quebec in the production of TRITURO soybean meal, known for its quality, as well as soybean oil. As a local agri-food processor, the company plays a key role in the development of Quebec agriculture by offering products tailored to the specific needs of various animal productions.

With a desire to modernize its operations, automate processes, and leverage accessible digital features, Soya Excel teamed up with Agilean, an expert in digital transformation for manufacturing SMEs. Together, they deployed ALIX – Smart Assistant – along with several applications from the Zoho One suite, including Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics.

Thanks to this initiative, Soya Excel now benefits from centralized management, real-time data, and improved decision-making to support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Prices and sales contracts based on commodity market values…

In calculating its sales prices, Soya Excel takes into account the market prices of soybean meal and soybean oil, as well as the daily CAD-USD exchange rate.

We connected Zoho CRM to a stock market data source to automatically calculate the sales prices of the various finished products sold by Soya Excel.

Customers automatically receive weekly prices based on their contract terms, and daily price updates are also provided for those ordering directly without a contract.

In short, a lot of previously manual work has been automated!
