Digital transformation in support of Croquarium’s mission to structure, automate, and expand its reach across Quebec

To support the growth of its activities across Quebec, Croquarium launched a structuring digital transformation project in collaboration with Agilean.

In Phase 1, the implementation of Zoho CRM made it possible to efficiently structure the follow-up of educational gardening and taste education training programs, while also facilitating reporting through Zoho Analytics.

Phase 2 marked a strategic migration to Zoho Books, unlocking significant automation potential and strengthening the team’s autonomy through seamless integration with the CRM.

Finally, the broader adoption of Zoho Analytics now enables Croquarium to generate a wide range of reports—from daily operational tracking to annual reports for the general assembly—thereby strengthening its impact and transparency.

This digital initiative equips the organization to sustain and amplify its mission across Quebec.

Phase 1
Training delivered across Quebec

2020-2021

As part of its mission, Croquarium delivers training programs across Quebec, serving professionals in elementary schools, early childhood settings, and community organizations.

To support this mission and effectively structure the follow-up of its training activities, Agilean implemented Phase 1 of the digital project: the deployment of Zoho CRM to optimize the management of training programs delivered across Quebec.
This phase also included the configuration of interactive dashboards using Zoho Analytics, enabling clear, centralized reporting focused on the long-term sustainability of initiatives.
With this infrastructure in place, Croquarium is now better equipped to manage and grow its impact.

Migration to Zoho Books

In this second phase, Agilean supported Croquarium through the complete migration of its accounting system to Zoho Books, a modern and fully integrated cloud-based solution.

This strategic transition unlocked significant automation potential for accounting and management processes, while also strengthening the team’s operational autonomy.

The seamless integration between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM now enables synchronized client data—from training registrations to invoicing and payment tracking.
This synergy between tools allows Croquarium to operate more efficiently, reduce manual tasks, and dedicate more time to its mission across Quebec.
