A digital transformation in support of Ateliers Cinq Épices’ educational mission

As its educational programs expanded across Quebec, Ateliers Cinq Épices sought to streamline its internal operations, centralize its data, and strengthen its capacity to act.
In collaboration with Agilean, the organization undertook a full implementation of Zoho One, bringing together the key modules required for its management and marketing activities: CRM, Books, Analytics, Forms, WorkDrive, Campaigns, and Social.

This transformation has made it possible to:

unify the management of projects, finances, and communications;
automate several administrative and follow-up tasks;
improve reporting and accountability to partners;
and strengthen the team’s efficiency and autonomy.

As part of its mission to provide food education to children, Les Ateliers Cinq Épices delivers programs and training across Quebec, serving schools, daycare services, and community organizations.

To support this mission and ensure smooth management of its many activities, Agilean guided the organization through the implementation of a complete digital ecosystem built on Zoho One. This integrated solution brings together all the tools required for planning, communication, and operational follow-up: workshop and registration management, facilitator coordination, invoicing, and process automation.

The implementation also included the configuration of dynamic dashboards using Zoho Analytics, enabling real-time monitoring of activities, participant numbers, and the overall impact of the programs.
With this infrastructure in place, Les Ateliers Cinq Épices now benefit from a centralized, structured, and scalable platform that supports their food education mission across Quebec.

By unifying data from the CRM, billing, and field operations, Zoho Analytics becomes a true strategic management lever, helping ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of Les Ateliers Cinq Épices’ mission.

Managing our information had become heavy and time-consuming, with the tracking and completion of numerous Excel spreadsheets. We were looking for a simple and intuitive solution, and above all, personalized support to ensure a successful transition. Agilean’s experts guided us every step of the way and tailored the interface to fit our specific needs. We initially intended to implement only Zoho CRM to centralize data related to business development. However, we quickly discovered the full scope of Zoho One’s offering, which allowed us to maximize efficiency across several other departments as well (Sign, WorkDrive, Analytics, Campaigns, Social, etc.). We are very satisfied with the solution that was implemented. It would be difficult to go back!
